Draft — pending attorney review. Last updated October 28, 2026 (signups).
MadBrooks LLC ("MadBrooks", "we") runs madbrooksreport.com, its podcast feeds, and safe.madbrooksreport.com. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records each request: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the browser's user-agent string and the referring page. We use these logs to keep the sites running, block abuse and count visits and downloads. We keep them for up to about 400 days.
- Dispute requests. If you use the dispute form on safe.madbrooksreport.com we store the token address, your message and, only if you give it, your email address, so we can recheck the page and reply.
- Email signups. If you sign up for updates we store your email address, the page you signed up from, and when you confirmed. Nothing is sent until we choose an email service; we will only send MadBrooks updates, and you can ask us to remove you at any time. An address collected by an earlier signup box is kept separately and is not used unless that person signs up again.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
Third parties
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google.
- Podcast apps (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and others) have their own privacy policies when you listen there.
- safe.madbrooksreport.com asks public market-data services (for example Jupiter) for price quotes. It does not send them anything about you.
- Notifications about dispute requests reach us through a push-notification service.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the dispute form or by messaging @MadBrooksReport on X. The sites are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date above.
